रक्षाबंधन पर बनाएं ये खूबसूरत मिठाई | Cashew watermelon sweet | काजू के वाटरमेलन | Kaju watermelon |<br /><br />Heyy... guys<br />Myself Niti Saxena <br />Today i will make Cashew Watermelon sweet<br /><br />Click this link to buy all Amazon products that I used in my Kitchen & Garden https://www.amazon.in/shop/nitiscooking?ref=inf_own_nitiscooking<br /><br />Ingredients-<br />1 cup powdered cashew nut<br />1 cup milk powder<br />1/2 cup sugar<br />1/2 cup water<br />1 tbs of black sesame seeds काले तिल<br />1 tbs of desi ghee<br />1 pinch red food colour<br />1 pinch green food colour<br />Method-<br />Heat a heavy bottom pan on medium heat. Add sugar and water to it. Mix well with a spoon. Let come to a boil and cook another 5 mins till they form one sticky consistency.<br />Add the cashew powder to it and mix well.,then add milk powder and ghee Mix them for 3-4 mins till the mixture leaves the sides and form a sticky dough.<br />Transfer the mixture in a plate and let them cool for 5 mins.<br />Divide the idough into three balls. Colour one ball in red colour and sprinkle some sesame seeds.<br />Colour another ball with green colour.<br />Take white ball, roll it into a smooth med size disc. Similarly roll green ball. Place red colour ball in white disc and seal the edges. Now roll to make ball again . <br />Place this white ball ine flatten green disc now roll to make 1 ball. Similarly prepare all green balls. Now place these balls in refrigerator so that they can cut easily.
